Dr. Sonja Hollins-Alexander is the Director of Professional Learning for Corwin Publishing. She has been in the field of education for 24 years with 18 of those being in educational leadership at the school, district and higher education levels.
Lotus Linton Howard, Ph.D., has taught in a variety of elementary school settings, including public, private, inner city, small town, rural and reservations schools. She created and taught for several years in a one-room country school, grades 1-8.

Dr. Jessica Hannigan is an Assistant Professor in the Educational Leadership Department at California State University, Fresno. She works with schools and districts throughout the nation on designing and implementing effective behavior systems.
