Marceta is a leadership coach who believes the “coach approach” to leadership is a vital skill for 21st century leaders. Her passion is developing leaders and organizational cultures that inspire the human spirit.

She is a co-author of three books about school leadership in which she helps individuals and teams get clearer about their strengths, more confident about how they “show up” in their work, and more effective in their collaborative working relationships.

Most of Marceta’s career has been in public education as a teacher, principal, and school superintendent. After 34 years at the K-12 level, she became a leadership coach, consultant, and faculty member at the University of Kansas.  She has been coaching for more than 15 years and has her own company, Reilly & Associates.

Because of her extensive experience as an educator and coach, Marceta brings a unique perspective to her presentations. She believes that everyone can be an influencer, and make schools a better place to learn, a better place to work, and a better place for everyone to grow.
