Kelly Valentine-Schultz is Corwin’s Professional Learning Advisor for the Midwest states as well as supporting international work throughout Eastern Canada, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean. With 15+ years’ experience consulting and working with K-12 schools, districts and leadership organizations, Kelly takes pride in partnering with her clients on systemic professional learning solutions ultimately maximizing impact on student learning and achievement.

A lifelong learner and an advocate for her clients, Kelly is passionate about implementing globally renowned research, best practices and amplifying school and district culture where students feel safe, thrive and engage deeply in learning. Kelly holds an M.B.A with an emphasis in Leadership Development from Regis University in Denver, a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. An avid outdoors enthusiast, Kelly loves spending time hiking and biking throughout Colorado with her husband and their four-footed furry crew, including their fun-loving pups and a trio of horses.

Before joining Corwin, Leah worked in a variety of fields including commercial real estate, developing evidence based community programs for prison reform and working with at risk youth in a specialized foster care home. She brings her past experience and knowledge to Corwin with a longstanding passion for education and desire to build long term relationships with Corwin clients that help facilitate maximum learning. Leah obtained her B.S in Criminal Justice at California Lutheran University as well as minoring in Sociology. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and is an avid reader. Leah lives in sunny Southern California with her husband and French bulldog.
