Jen Peace enjoys building relationships with educators while creating long term systemic professional learning plans in partnership with K-12 Schools, Districts and Educational Service Agencies. Jen holds a B.S. and M. Ed. in Special Education with an emphasis on Mild Disabilities from Valdosta State University as well as an Ed. S. in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. In the past, Jen has worked as an adjunct professor, Elementary Special Education Teacher and Assistant Principal. Jen also serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Affiliate of ASCD. She loves Jesus, her husband, 10 year old son, 9 year old standard poodle, good food, a great massage and Homeland.

Dusty has been in educational publishing for over 15 years and started her career as an exhibit specialist for conferences at Heinemann and later in the sales department. She was also on the committee for City Year, an education-focused organization founded in 1988 dedicated to helping students and schools succeed, for two years.
