Raffaella Di Cecco is a Certified Management Consultant with extensive experience in the education arena; an expert understanding of educational, social, and labor market issues, policies, and delivery mechanisms; and expertise in the development and management of complex policy and program reform. Raffaella has designed and led the review and evaluation of several key Ontario Ministry of Education initiatives. Her consulting work focuses on change management in the educational and employment sectors.
