Barbara (Elaine) Litchfield Wilmore
Dr. Wilmore has served as Chair of Educational Leadership at the University of Texas at Arlington, Dallas Baptist University, and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She currently teaches full time online for Texas A&M University at Commerce.
