Collaborate with peers and experts around 4 high-impact actions for a successful school year
The last semester was incredibly challenging. The summer months will be critical for setting teachers and students up for success next year, so school and district leaders must start planning now.
Join our virtual lunch & learn for a hands-on, interactive virtual event hosted by Sonja Hollins-Alexander, Director of Professional Learning at Corwin. Participants will learn about 4 high-impact actions to get teachers prepared for the next school year and how Corwin’s virtual PD options can support your school reopening plan in the areas of:
• Supporting teacher collaboration to collectively address problems of practice
• Getting clear on instructional priorities and developing an instructional plan
• Developing student ownership of learning in both in-school and virtual environments
• Addressing equity gaps that are widening during the crisis
Participants will break into small groups to engage in strategic planning in these 4 areas, learn about what’s working in other districts, and come away with a planning worksheet to help stay organized.
