this book was helpful to me in delivering courses for Employability. It helped me to look at individuals and their issues and problems as well as having activities that I can use in a course to keep myself fresh as well. A good read.

Good textbook for teachers introducing employability to students, lots of good ideas and materials. Not really suitable as the main reference for students in this area - but useful as supplementary reading.

The module that I suggested this book to students to is called Personal and Emloyability Skills Development. The students come from a wide range of different backgrounds and they want to go on to do a variety of different things. Previously I have found it difficult to suggest a book to them when asked that would be suitable for them all, but many of the students could get at least something out of this. I personally liked the examples and activities given, which I discussed with my students at times.
